Gesha washed Huila - Women's Coffee

It took Yiver years to get to the right seeds of a Gesha with the right genetics, but it was worth it, it's pretty clear from the sensory profile that this is a Gesha, a tasty Gesha. 

After experimenting, Yiver discovered that with a carefully done double fermentation in different stages, this coffee mantains its pleasant acidity and pursued jasmine-rose notes,  but also intesifies the body, aftertaste and gives this coffee more complexity.
