located in the north part of copan department lies the municipality of cabañas copan  near the mayan ruins community...San manuel is the name of a small village located in the highest mountain range in the north part of copan. our coffees are 100% shade grown ,100% hand-picked and sorted and then lies in african bed to moderate sunlight for about 30 days . we started this Dream about producing specialty coffee 6 years ago before the we were just producing regular conventional coffees that was sold in the local markets to intermediaries and local coyotes ..in our effort to eliminate this local intermediaries we decided to start producing this kind of coffees and knock out for new doors to open ,for new markets ,it has been one of kind challenge but it already paid off our efforts...we have exported some lots already to the United States and Canada already and this has been a positive impact in our farms and communities. we are also committed to provide some sponsorship to local schools in most of the coffee producing communities...
