Guji Hambella

Produced in the Guji region, in the town of Hambella. Coffee cherries are harvested by local farmers and delivered to our washing station, located beside a nearby river that supplies fresh water for processing. After pulping and fermentation, the coffee is washed using river water and moved to drying areas.

Every day, local workers come to the site to turn and evenly dry the coffee, carefully monitoring moisture and conditions to ensure a clean and consistent result. This daily attention throughout washing and drying helps preserve the clarity and balance that define washed Guji coffees.
