All our coffees come from the highlands of Aranjuez, Matagalpa, within the El Arenal natural reserve. This region is known for its cool climate, rich soils, and ideal altitudes for producing exceptional specialty coffee. Each process and variety reflects the identity of our origin and the care taken at the Corrales farms.

An explosive, fruity, and vibrant cup profile achieved through a natural process in which ripe cherries are dried whole under the sun. This method intensifies sweetness, adds a liqueur-like body, and highlights bold fruit notes that capture the essence of the Maracaturra variety and the richness of the Aranjuez microclimate.
