Conebosque is proud of its production of Catuai Amarillo coffee using the honey process. 

This method involves only partially removing the pulp from the bean before drying, which allows the coffee to retain part of its mucilage during the process. 

This enhances the distinctive qualities of Catuai Amarillo, offering a cup with a bright acidity and subtle floral notes, complemented by a smooth and sweet body. 

The result is an exceptionally balanced and flavorful coffee that reflects the cooperative's commitment to innovation and quality in coffee production.
