 Welcome to Capadócia, a coffee paradise settled at the enchanting mountains of the Mantiqueira region, in Minas Gerais. Here, we cultivate coffee with passion and tradition. I am Augusto Borges Ferreira, a fourth-generation farmer from the Borges and Ferreira families and the forefront of this company. In our lands, where the altitude reaches 1.090 to 1.350 meters and the rain bless our plantations with an average of 1.250mm to 1.400mm per year, each coffee bean carries the unique flavor of this privileged terroir.
Our property counts with two water springs and is surrounded by riparian forest, therefore, we are committed to environmental preservation, ensuring sustainability in our operations.
Divided into 10 plot of lands, each piece of our land has its own history and distinct characteristics, contributing to the diversity and quality of our beans. They are Capadócia, Arrozá, Pedreira, Jacaré, Fortaleza, Guatambu, Engenho, Abacateiro, Mangueira Bira, and Pereira. Each piece of land is cultivated with care and expertise, resulting in coffee that captivate the senses and tell the story of our dedication. Beyond the incomparable quality of our coffee, what truly sets us apart is our commitment to people. 
At Capadócia, every member of our team is valued and encouraged to grow. From Gustavo, whose talent for roasting and blending has elevated our products to new heights, to Danilo "Costelinha," an exceptional harvester operator, everyone is a fundamental part of this family. 
Speaking of family, mine is a fundamental part of this dream. Despite initial doubts, my father saw in coffee not only a business, but a tradition to be honored and a passion to be shared. 
In Capadócia, we don't just cultivate coffee; we cultivate dreams, traditions, and connections. The name Capadócia was inspired by the region in Turkey where hot air balloons soar. I've never been in a hot air balloon, but I find it beautiful! From a hot air balloon, you can see kilometers and kilometers ahead. It's like coffee, you know?!
