Fraijanes Natural is a coffee exceptionally cultivated for more than 60 years in the mountainous altitudes of Fraijanes, Guatemala, where the native varieties Bourbon, Caturra and Catuaí develop a distinctive and unrepeatable profile. This micro-lot is the result of the care of our associate producer, Héctor Zetino, who has perfected each stage of its production through the natural process, allowing the cherries to dry intact under the Guatemalan sun to concentrate their sweetness and complexity.

Fraijanes Natural reveals a range of notes that harmonize in a symphony of flavor: prune, lime, orange, banana, chocolate, almonds and a spicy touch of cinnamon, which together provide a medium body and a lively palate experience. Each ripe fruit is carefully hand-selected to ensure that the quality of this micro-lot is exceptional.
