Blend Regional - Lonya Grande

The lot is a blend of various coffees from the Lonya Grande locality in the Amazonas region. These coffees are from the highest areas and due to their prolonged maturation contain a mixture of red fruits and wild fruits. The farmers carry out a delicate selection of the cherries that are at their point of ripeness, and then carry out a fermentation on average of 36-40 hours to achieve a chocolaty and intense profile that fills your mouth with multiple flavors. Drying is done in solar tents to avoid contact with the ground, all coffees are carefully selected in the quality laboratory and stored with an internal bag in the sack to maintain quality.
