The Salazar family is the best proof of perseverance, resilience and innovation regarding coffee farming. Cristian, Greivin and their familes represent the third and fourth generation in coffee.
They have planted many varieties such as: Caturra, Catuai, Villa Sarchi, Milenio, SL28, Ethiopian, Geisha and sarchimores (San Isidro 48 and Victoria 14) all this as part of their commitment to experiment new varietals in order to increase the production, quality, yields and also improve the resistance to diseases that eventually could damage the plantation's health.
They are very focused on producing the best quality by implementing a very efficient agronomical management every year as well as developing excellent agricultural practicies with the goal of ensuring the coffee activity's sustainability.
