We are the Cooperative UNION CERRITEÑA DE PRODUCERS DE CAFÉ (UCCAFE), a group of coffee growers committed to excellence in each bean. Located in the municipality of Fraijanes, Guatemala, in the heart of Central America, our volcanic lands in the Fraijanes Plateau are enriched by the Agua, Fuego and Pacaya volcanoes, bringing exceptional characteristics to our coffee, recognized for its aromatic profile and cup quality.

Since our rebirth in 2016, we have grown to bring together 26 active members, who combine traditional and modern techniques, ensuring sustainable, environmentally friendly cultivation with strong social responsibility. We specialize in Bourbon, Caturra and Catuaí varieties, reaching an average annual production of 1,800 quintals of parchment coffee (equivalent to 1,150 quintals of gold coffee).
