In the northern Peru, where the air is crisp and the soil rich with centuries of organic nourishment, lies a hidden treasure: the specialty coffee produced by the Ecoforest Agricultural Cooperative. Nestled at elevations ranging from 1590 to 1920 meters above sea level, our coffee thrives in the pristine landscapes of El Limón in Jaén, Cajamarca; Chingama in Bellavista, Jaén, Cajamarca; and Libertad in Yamón, Utcubamba, Amazonas.

A Legacy of Excellence

Our story begins with dedication rooted in generations of agricultural expertise. At Ecoforest, we are more than farmers; we are custodians of a legacy that spans meticulous cultivation practices and a deep commitment to sustainability. With every coffee bean nurtured under the canopy of these mountainous regions, we preserve the natural biodiversity and honor the traditions of our communities.

From the shade-grown Catimore, Caturra, and Bourbon varieties meticulously tended by our 75 cooperative members, to the careful harvesting and processing techniques passed down through generations, our coffee embodies the artistry and precision of specialty coffee production. Each bean is a testament to the unique terroir of northern Peru, where the altitude, climate, and fertile soils converge to create a coffee renowned for its smooth body and nuanced flavors.
