We want to introduce you to our First Lady, Pink Bourbon. It really is one of the jewels of our coffee farms, which are located at 1,780 MASL. In the Huila region, southwest of Colombia.

We are very proud of this coffee, as it has very particular qualities. Its body, aroma, and flavors are unique. This variety offers very high quality coffee beans that only need to be processed in the correct way so that all their attributes are manifested in a magical way in the cup of coffee.

We have been growing specialty coffees for more than 10 years. And after much effort, patience, and hours of work experimenting with different fermentation and drying techniques we have managed to produce a very high quality product.
