Since 2017, the plot has been managed in an eco sustainable way, practicing Organic agriculture, so that within the farm the native shade varieties of the broadleaf forest are preserved, combined with fruit trees that serve as a refuge for many species of wildlife that inhabit the area. the region, as well as migratory birds.

•The coffee produced by Finca La Bendición is carefully harvested, separating it by variety and then goes through under  the process Washed and some micro-lots with the natural process. Drying it in dome type solar dryers and Patios. 

•The excellent climatological and geographical conditions where the farm was established, added to the love, dedication and dedication to coffee growing, allow us to produce a coffee with a very good profile in the cup, with citrus, peach, honey, delicate acidity and caramel notes that make us feel proud of the end result of our work.
