The coffee story

This natural/sundried coffee comes from the specific Guji Hambela area of Deri. The cherries were floated upon arrival at the washing station before being dried on raised African beds. Grown at altitudes between 1800 and 2100 meters in a semi-forest and garden production system, these quality beans were stored after drying to settle and reach peak flavor for cupping.
