Women in Coffee 6 pictures
350 female associates receive technical assistance for the management of their organic coffee crops with the protocols of 7 certification seals and 55 of them have received support for the management of individual and collective coffee nurseries using the technologies like biofactories for production of organic inputs and oxygenators that accelerate the biochemistry of the inputs. They were also trained in grafting techniques.
These women have also participated in training and awareness processes on gender issues such as equity and specific rights, care economy, resource management and others. The sale of the special coffee crop has contributed to the financial autonomy of women. With these resources, the living conditions of their families have improved and opportunities have been opened to be part of decision-making spaces in their communities.

Our coffees 5 pictures
All our coffees are Arabica of the grades SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) or HB (Hard Bean) according to the altitude where they are grown.
Our plots are located in nine departments of Guatemala, at altitudes between 1,400m to 2,000 m (meters above sea level). The diversity of microclimates influences the plantations of the small producers which allows a characterization of the coffee flavours according to the region.
The coffee is harvested by hand and, during this process, only the ripe cherries are collected. We process washed, honey and natural coffees. We produce a variety of coffees with a range of flavours from citrus tones to mild acidity, floral and fruity notes.
Usually, our buyers test the coffees to make a selection according to their preferences in flavours and the desired uses for them. We offer organic, Fairtrade coffee with a humidity of 10% to 12% packed in 69 kg bags.
