The coffee story

The BOSQUE brand is a specialty coffee produced above 1800 meters above sea level. What makes this coffee special is its production at high altitude, preserving artisanal processes and taking minimal care in its preparation.
  • PROFILE 1: Floral fragrance and aroma, panela, peach flavor, chamomile, rose tea, jasmine and caramel, tangerine acidity, silky and shiny body
  • PROFILE 2: Floral aroma, brown sugar, flavor of red fruits, wild blackberries, caramel, honey, grapefruit acidity, tangerine, delicate body.

The process

The process consists of: 1. CLASSIFICATION: The reddest fruits of the plants are chosen for harvesting. 2. PULPING: Remove the pulp or skin from the cherry. To do this, you can use a machine called pulper 3. FERMENTATION: The coffee is fermented in tanks for 18 to 24 hours depending on the temperature and the value given to the coffee 4. DRYING: Drying is a high-risk operation, where we have a product that is very vulnerable to deterioration by microorganisms.
