The coffee story

Variety Called "Typica Mejorado" Geisha is basically something of "better" version of Typica variety. Geisha Fabio Ruis Farm is harvested in the Central Valley of Costa Rica, where a variety of special charateristics of fertile soils and optimum altitudes combine to produce a specialty coffee of the highest quality.
This coffe have medium acidity and flavor like peach, pear and chocolate.

The process

When the raw material is received at CoopeVictoria's Central Receiver, the floats are separated (in water). After the separation of the flotes, the coffee is pulped and immediately transferred to the drying yard, where it is left to rest for 24 hours in the shade, and then placed in parijuelas for drying in the shade. CoopeVictoria works daily in continuous improvement in order to offer the best coffee from our producers to our international clients.
