Este lote de café é proveniente de colheita seletiva do café da lavoura de maior altitude da nossa fazenda, passou por processo de fermentação por 90 horas em bombas de 200 litros, após a fermentação foi secado em terreiro pavimentado de cimento, após chegar a 11,5% de umidade, levado para descanso em tulhas por 30 dias para ser beneficiado.
